Can you enter vashj ir at 78

For me the portal was up but I could not click it nothing happened and the Hero's Call quest was not available on the board. I found later that I hadn't completed the whole chain to get there, so had to complete one or two more and voila, the portal is now working! Comment by Mortimerty Hero's Call: Vashj'ir!

Comment by diver My 9yr old son just showed me that if you are high level and can't see the Vashj'ir quest on the Hero's Call Board, start accepting the quests you can see until the Vashj'ir quest is visible.

Then once you have it, you can abandon the others. Comment by Arca Something to note if you're wanting to do this zone either on your own or with a friend is you need to be level 30 for the quest to even appear which is a shame given how fast you can zip in levels. This was something I never really thought to look at as since the squish I've been leveling in places that used to be lol.

Such a beautiful zone with a great soundtrack, I think what bugged me about it though was the screen warping effect of being underwater gives you a headache after a while.

This place blew me away the first time!! Such out of the box gameplay thinking. This music reminds me of all the hours I spent farming herbs on my druid in this zone.

One of their finest zones. It really goes to show how mysterious the sea really is. They really nailed the difficulty with depth perception imo. It made the zone more challenging and enjoyable for me. If i could switch off the music only for the login screen i would keep it ingame, shame to miss all that. My favourite quest must be the one where you have to kill eels because, well… Eels are gross.

Alliance players are sent to Stormwind Harbor to the northernmost dock. With one of these quests in the quest log, players are in another phase where a mercenary ship appears instead of the normal ship to Borean Tundra. The music and atmosphere was nice. One of my best leveling experiences in wow. I just love how you and your ship becomes a team and suddenly find yourself in the middle of a battle much greater than any of you had expected!

Overtime you came to like and care about the people underwater and their stories. I remember so vividly the feeling when after being under water for so long you finally get back up to those ships. The art team did a great job with this one. I would be, in many ways, considered thalassophobic Fear of the sea so this zone always was very intimidating, but I loved it.

It just felt so crushingly bleak and deep and heavy. The zone really gave you this feeling of being stranded. Apart from teleporting with items or skills, you were kind of stuck in this place for the most part.

Most other zones just have flight paths all over and are connected to eachother, or are places you go voluntarily. This is pretty much the only one where you get dragged into and become isolated.

Hard to believe the reception this zone got. Beautiful zone, masterfully designed. If you disagree understand that you are an idiot, simple as that. Sadly they dont make dks like this anymore:C. I have such fond memories of leveling in this place during the launch night of Cataclysm. Loved the music, the atmosphere and the quests.
